ARIZONA LAKE FISHING REPORTS<\/strong><\/h2>\nThe weather conditions have been strange this Spring.\u00a0 The past week has been in the upper 80’s and ended the week with rain and temperatures in the 60’s.<\/p>\n
\nLAKE PLEASANT<\/h3>\n
Lake Pleasant has been mostly Post Spawn with a lot of bass just following the baits back to the boat, but not aggressive.\u00a0 Some stripers in 60 feet of water hitting big spoons.\u00a0 The water level has been coming up, but the CAP is getting ready to start releasing water soon.\u00a0 Water temperature in the upper 60’s to low 70’s.<\/p>\n
\nBARTLETT LAKE<\/h3>\n
Bartlett lake is coming up some with the release of water from Horseshoe.\u00a0 Bass have been hitting cranks, spinnerbaits, drop shots, and Texas rig creature baits.\u00a0 Water temperature in the upper 60’s to low 70’s.\u00a0 Some crappie hitting minnows around the yellow cliffs on small jigs tipped with minnows.<\/p>\n
\nROOSEVELT LAKE<\/h3>\n
Roosevelt Lake has been on fire.\u00a0 The last few tournaments have been won with a 4 plus pound per fish limit.\u00a0 Big cranks, chatterbaits, topwater, buzzbaits, dropshot, flipping and Texas rigs.\u00a0 They have bee releasing water into Apache lake.\u00a0 Water temperature in upper 60’s and low 70’s.<\/p>\n
\nHORSE LAKE
\n<\/strong><\/p>\nHorseshoe Lake, if you can brave the road going in, has been real good for flipping in the upper end, with reports of 3 to 5 pounders.\u00a0 They are draining the lake into Bartlett, so this bite will not last long<\/p>\n
\nSAGUARO LAKE<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\nALAMO LAKE<\/h3>\n
Alamo Lake has been real good.\u00a0 Some good reports on crappie.\u00a0 Bass are hitting Senkos wacky rigged or Texas rigged.\u00a0 Cranks, spinnerbaits, topwater, drop shot Robo worms and Texas rigged baby brush hogs.\u00a0 Water temperature in upper 60’s and low 70’s.<\/p>\n
